The Xcelerator online order-entry screen is very simple to use and can be personalized for each user. Modern web technology allows the user to complete an order in a few clicks.

Since Xcelerator includes a Warehousing module, online users can actually order warehouse ”picks“ to be attached to a shipment. Online users can also login to see real-time inventory levels.

Upon completing an order, the online user can opt to print a barcode label to attach to each package.

Online users can easily track the status of shipments and view signatures. To see the full details of a shipment, just click the OrderTrackingID.

After clicking the OrderTrackingID, the user is taken to the Order Properties page. Notice how each package scan is logged, and the customer’s signature is visible.

Based on security privlidges granted by managers in Xcelerator, online users could be given the ability to pay for invoices online.

Online users can download their custom formatted invoice in PDF format for review at any time.

Xcelerator’s Online Report section allows users to download Invoices, Statements and custom built reports in PDF format.
