For shortages, MobileTek displays the OrderTrackingID and all relative reference numbers, making it easy for drivers and dockworkers to pinpoint the error and make the necessary corrections on the spot. MobileTek’s “Shared-Stops” is a powerful feature, unique to MobileTek/Xcelerator. Consider a scenario when you have multiple shipments (orders) for the same physical stop location.

In the past, the driver would have to open each separate order to get a signature or POD information. With MobileTek, the optional Shared-Stop algorithm will KNOW that this physical stop location encompasses several orders and will combine them into 1 simple step.

The driver scans the packages for all orders within the same screen, gets the signature and is out the door. In the background, MobileTek is processing the scans and sharing the signature captured with each and every order.

The “Return-Trip-Inquiry” is an optional setting which can be used to convert a “One-way” order into a “Round-Trip” order on-the-fly.
